1. Enrollment: To enroll in our affiliate program, applicants must complete our online application form. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason.

2. Eligibility: Our affiliate program is open to individuals and businesses that operate websites, blogs, or social media accounts relevant to our products and target audience.

3. Commission Structure: Affiliates will receive a standard commission rate of 5% on qualifying sales generated through their unique affiliate links. Commissions will be calculated based on the net sale amount (excluding taxes, shipping, and returns).

4. Payment Threshold: Payment will be made for every RM500 in commission earned. Alternatively, affiliates may request payment once their commission balance reaches the minimum threshold.

5. Payment Method: Payments will be made via the selected payment method provided by the affiliate during enrollment. We currently offer payment options including bank transfer, PayPal, or other mutually agreed-upon methods.

6. Coupon Code: Upon approval, affiliates will be provided with a unique coupon code valid for a period of one year. This coupon code can be shared with their audience to incentivize purchases. Affiliates are responsible for promoting their coupon code in accordance with our brand guidelines.

7. Performance-Based Increases: Affiliates who consistently demonstrate strong performance may be eligible for commission rate increases. Once a predetermined performance threshold is reached, commission rates will be reevaluated and adjusted accordingly.

8. Commission Adjustment: If a customer who used the referral code issued by the affiliate returns or refunds the purchased product, the corresponding commission earned by the affiliate will be adjusted accordingly.

9. Tracking and Reporting: We use affiliate tracking software to accurately track sales and commissions. Affiliates have access to realtime reporting and analytics through their affiliate dashboard.

10. Prohibited Activities: Affiliates may not engage in any activity that violates our terms of service or could damage our brand reputation. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to false advertising, spamming, and trademark infringement.

11. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate relationship at our discretion, with or without cause, at anytime. Affiliates may also terminate their participation in the program at any time by notifying us in writing.

12. Modification of Terms: We may modify these terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice. Affiliates are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms and conditions to stay informed of any changes.

13. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
