RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    At Bay6Books.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority.

      If you find an incorrect delivery, or a defect, we accept returns for purchases received within 10 days of delivery, provided the items returned remain in their original condition. However, please note that stethoscope with engraving is not eligible for return or refund, except in cases where manufacturing defects or engraving mistakes on our part occur.

Please be aware that items on sale may not be eligible for returns or refunds.

To request a refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please refrain from returning your purchase directly to the publisher.

Returns Process:

Upon receiving your returned item, we will conduct an inspection and send you an email to confirm its receipt. We will then notify you of the approval or refusal of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed(including shipping paid by customer to send the books to us), and a credit will be issued to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 calendar days.

Please note that in certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, including:

• Items showing obvious signs of use.

• Any item not in its original condition, which is damaged for reasons

  not attributable to our error.

• Any item returned beyond the 10-day period after delivery.

  For products damaged by the courier, please contact the courier company in charge, and we will assist in the proceeding, as our packaging is done professionally.
